আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি খুবই সিম্পল।

১. কোর্স পারচেজ করার ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনি রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট করতে পারবেন। এরপরে রিফান্ড রিকুয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট করা হবে না।

২. রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্টের জন্য অবশ্যই career@zero2onefreelancing.tech এ বিস্তারিত লিখে ইমেইল করতে হবে।

৩. ইমেইল করার পর ৩ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রেস্পন্স করা হবে এবং আরও বিস্তারিত কিছু তথ্য জানতে চাওয়া হবে।

৪. রিফান্ড রিকুয়েস্ট গ্রহণ করা হলে, রিফান্ড প্রসেস হতে ৭-১৫ দিন সময়ও প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

৫. আমরা যেহেতু ব্যাচ সিস্টেমে কাজ করি। তাই কোনো কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন শুরু হয়ে গেলে আমরা মূলত কোর্সে শেখানোর দিকেই ফোকাস করে থাকি, তাই ৪৮ ঘন্টার পরে আর রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট করা হয় না।

৬.আপনি যে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করে আমাদেরকে টাকা পাঠাবেন, আমরা ঠিক সেই পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে তে আপনার রিফান্ড দিব

Our refund policy is very simple.

1. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the course. After that, refund requests will not be accepted.

2. For a refund request, you must write a detailed email to career@zero2onefreelancing.tech.

3. After sending the email, a response will be made within 3 to 7 days and some more detailed information will be asked.

4. Once the refund request is accepted, it may take 7-15 days to process the refund.

5. Since we work on a batch system. So once the orientation of a course starts, we mainly focus on teaching the course, so refund requests are not accepted after 48 hours.

6. We will give your refund to the payment gateway you use to send us the money.
